The parents of this litter have been health tested for the following hereditary conditions, and our puppies are guaranteed for life against being affected by:

• Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)

• Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM)

• Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-prcd)

• Cystinuria

• Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis (HNPK)

• Tallgrass Retrievers guarantees their puppies against serious hereditary and congenital conditions for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of birth.

• This guarantee applies solely to genetic conditions affecting the puppy’s long-term health and quality of life and does not include temporary illnesses, transmissible infections, parasites, injury, environmental factors, neglect, abuse, improper care, or conditions unrelated to heredity.​

Hips & Elbows**

• Puppies are guaranteed against hip dysplasia for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of birth.

Verification & Resolution

• Any covered hereditary condition must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian and verified by Tallgrass Retrievers’ local veterinarian.

• If a covered hereditary condition is confirmed within the applicable guarantee period, Tallgrass Retrievers will, at our discretion, provide a replacement puppy from a future litter or refund the original purchase price.

• Veterinary expenses remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Buyer Responsibilities**

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, the buyer agrees to:

• Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of pickup

• Provide routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention

• Maintain proper nutrition appropriate for a growing large-breed dog

• Avoid excessive forced exercise, jumping, or high-impact activity during growth

• Provide a safe, clean living environment and proper supervision

• Notify Tall Grass Retrievers promptly of any serious health concern
